Most individuals or entities filing campaign finance reports with the Texas Ethics Commission (TEC) are required to file reports electronically unless the individual or entity is eligible to claim a statutory exemption.
All reports filed on paper after July 2010 can be viewed in PDF format. However, only the total amounts are viewable for paper-filed reports filed previous to 2010.
