Search through Campaign Finance Reports that have been electronically filed with the TEC. View the full reports or drill down into specific contributions or expenditures.
Search for TEC filers and their Campaign Finance reports based off of the filer’s name. The only required field is the filer’s last name if they’re an individual or the name of the entity if the filer is an entity. Narrow your search by utilizing the filer’s first name and/or the type of filer they are.
When you don’t quite know the name of your filer then you can search either by the specific reports number of Campaign FInance report, the unique Filer Id number of the TEC filer, or use the acronym of a known Political Action Committee.
Due to the increased volume of contribution and expenditure data, all searches based on filer identification data are performed using Filer ID rather than using a filer’s name. You can get the Filer ID by using Simple Search.

As required by law, contributor addresses, other than city, state, and zip code, have been redacted from electronically filed reports. That information remains available on reports maintained in the commission’s office.
The Texas Ethics Commission database contains data from campaign finance reports filed electronically with the Ethics Commission since July 2000. You may search campaign finance reports for specific information and you may also view, in PDF format, campaign finance reports filed electronically.
Corrected reports contain all the data from the original report plus any corrections. If a report was corrected, only the results from the last corrected report will be listed.
