Search through acknowledged 1295 Certificates

Only acknowledged certificates are searchable. A certificate that is pending is viewable only by the business entity until the government entity acknowledges it. Once the government entity acknowledges a certificate, it is available for public viewing.

Search by Certificate or Contract Number

Search for Acknowledged Form 1295 based off of the unique Certificate Number or through the Contract Id Number provided on the Form. The Texas Ethics Commission has no requirement for the Contract Id Number and therefore can be any combination of words and/or numbers.

Search for Acknowledged Form 1295s based on the name of the Business Entity who submitted the form, the name of State Agency/Governmental Entity that acknowledged the form, or the name of Interested Parties listed on the Form 1295.

Search by the date in which the Form 1295 was acknowledged by the Government Entity.

*Note: Because state agency names can be entered on the Form 1295 certificate from a pulldown list or they can be hand typed into the form, a state agency name can be inconsistent for all submitted certificates. To retrieve a more complete list of all acknowledged certificates for a state agency, enter the agency name without the leading “Texas”. For example, if you want to retrieve all the acknowledged certificates for the Texas Water Development Board, enter “water development board” into the Government Entity search field.
